USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

Ensure compliance with all communication laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and local regulations) when contacting your own customers through systems we configure

You are solely responsible for how ou ust the systems, automations, and workflows we provide.

SMS MESSAGING CONSENT

By providing your phone number and submitting any form on https://revrun.io, you expressly consent to recieve SMS and text messages from Revrun, which may include:

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Service notifications and account updates

Onboarding, operational, or support-related communications

Marketing or promotional messages, where permitted

Message frequency my vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at anytime by replying STOP.

PAYMENTS, BILLING & FEES

Fees for services are disclosed prior to purchase or outlined in a seperate agreement.

All fees are non-refundable

You authorize Revrun to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees.

CANCELLATIONS & TERMINATIONS

You may cancel services in accordance with your agreement terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services if:

You violate these Terms

Payment is not received

Your use of the platform poses legal, security, or compliance risk

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, systems, workflows, automations, designs, and materials provided by Revrun are the intellectual property of Revrun unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute our materials without written permission.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (including CRM, SMS, email, and payment providers).

We are not responsible for:

Downtime or failures of third-party services

Changes to third-party pricing, features, or policies

Data handling practices of third-party providers

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

DISCLAIMERS

Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

Specific business results

Increased revenue, leads, or conversions

Uninterrupted or error-free service

Results vary based on numerous factors outside our control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revrun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Revrun in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revrun from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your communications with your customers

Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

PRIVACY
